Job summary

UiPath, Inc. is building a Healthcare Vertical Solutions team and seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to embed with customers. You will drive revenue cycle automation from concept to scalable deployment, sitting at the crossroads of product, customer, and delivery.

You’ll understand client RCM operations, design user-centric apps, and translate complex workflows into repeatable UiPath solutions, collaborating closely with Healthcare Solutions PMs and senior client leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Hands-on RCM processes experience: claims submission, denials, prior authorization, charge capture
• Experience implementing software in health systems or payers — you’ve owned a deployment
• Comfort at the intersection of technology, operations, and clinical/administrative workflows
• Strong project management instincts and customer-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Understand each client’s RCM operations and identify high-impact UiPath solutions
• Design user-centric apps around client workflow gaps
• Translate messy real-world processes into clear, repeatable solution patterns
• Implement UiPath’s HLS solutions in customer environments and adapt to local workflows
• Iterate rapidly with end users to ensure solutions meet needs
• Scale validated solutions across locations and establish deployment playbooks
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and drive adoption
• Represent UiPath with senior client leadership and align deployment with executive priorities
• Own project timelines, milestones, and deliverables end to end
• Partner with Healthcare Solutions PMs and engineering to influence product roadmap
• Codify learnings to accelerate future deployments
