Job summary

UiPath is building a Healthcare Vertical Solutions team and seeks a Forward Deployed Strategist to embed with customers. You’ll translate revenue cycle workflows into UiPath-enabled automations, from concept to scaled deployments, sitting at the crossroads of product, customer, and delivery.

You will work with Healthcare Solutions PMs, understand client RCM processes, and design solutions that deliver measurable revenue cycle outcomes across denials management, prior authorization, claims

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience
• Hands-on RCM process expertise: claims submission, denials management, prior authorization
• Direct experience implementing software solutions inside health systems or payers
• Comfort at the intersection of technology, operations, and clinical/administrative workflows
• Strong PM instincts and customer-facing communication
• Willingness to build and ship, not just observe
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and CMS rules
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Responsibilities

• Understand each client's RCM operations and identify where UiPath's solutions add the most value
• Design user-centric applications around client workflow gaps
• Translate real-world processes into repeatable solution patterns
• Implement UiPath's healthcare solutions in customer environments and adapt to local workflows
• Iterate quickly with end users to validate deployments
• Scale validated solutions across locations and create repeatable deployment playbooks
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and drive adoption across user teams
• Represent UiPath with senior client leadership and align deployment decisions with executive priorities
• Own project timelines, milestones, and end-to-end deliverables
• Partner with PMs and engineering to feed field learnings into the product roadmap
