• Experience with performance improvement initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality integration to achieve CMS and JC standards across the facility.
• Drive performance and process improvement projects with physicians and staff.
• Evaluate care transitions and promote standardized, evidence-based processes.
• Support data collection, KPI analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Promote a patient safety culture and identify/report safety risks.
