Job summary

Rocky Mountain Health Care Services seeks a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the PACE QAPI program, ensuring CMS, state, and PACE compliance while improving participant outcomes and safety.

You will collaborate with the IDT, analyze performance data, manage incident reporting, and drive corrective actions across clinical, operational, and administrative domains. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities to advance organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with healthcare focus.
• Experience in quality/compliance within CMS PACE or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS PACE (42 CFR Part 460) and HIPAA privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and lead the QAPI program per CMS and PACE standards.
• Collect and report quality metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Manage incident reporting, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and regulatory responses with leadership.
• Provide staff training on quality, privacy, and FWA.
