Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or business required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• CPHQ, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a quality improvement project portfolio aligned with the hospital's strategic plan.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to drive data-informed improvements.
• Use data analysis and SPC to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Coach physicians and staff on the IHI Model for Improvement and publish results.
