Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Corporate Project Manager, Quality and Professional Governance to support systemwide regulatory compliance, medical staff oversight, and professional practice evaluation. You will oversee credentialing databases, ensure data integrity, and drive reporting across facilities in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, JC and NCQA.
• Experience with medical staff credentialing, privileging, and governance.
• Database administration and reporting experience with data integrity.
• NAMSS CPMSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory standards and process improvements across licenses and accreditation.
• Oversee Medical Staff governance, bylaws, privileges, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain systemwide policies and hospital regulations.
• Standardize OPPE/FPPE processes and monitor performance indicators.
• Serve as system administrator for MD-Stat and related applications.
• Conduct audits, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Create training materials and guidance on governance and credentialing.
• Lead crossfunctional projects with CMO, CQO, and legal/compliance teams.
• Provide guidance to international medical staff coordination in Canada and Mexico.
• Collaborate on governance initiatives and steer committees to improve metrics.
