Shriners Hospitals for Children seeks a Corporate Project Manager, Quality and Professional Governance to ensure resources, policies, and documentation align with Joint Commission and NCQA standards. You will administer the MD-Stat database and collaborate with Medical Staff Office, Performance Improvement, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in a healthcare setting with medical staff services and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, and NCQA.

Mansioni

• Collaborate on planning, development, and implementation of regulatory standards for licensed practitioners.
• Maintain current knowledge of accreditation standards, state and federal regulations, and NCQA standards.
• Provide guidance to Medical Staff Office ensuring bylaws, standard privileges, and documents comply with MS Bylaws, HRPR, JC standards, and state laws.
• System lead for HDQ-Amendment Team, coordinating with CMO, ACMO, HDQ Team, Legal Department.
• Develop recommendations for SHC HRPR and MS Bylaws to support organizational practices and compliance.
• Coordinate waivers for international physicians under HRPR.
• Collaborate with onboarding SHC Medical Staff Coordinators and Credentialing Specialists on HRPR/MS bylaws and PPV requirements.
• Ensure quality indicators are gathered, analyzed, and standardized across specialties.
• Administer and audit the MD-Stat database for practice evaluation data.
• Serve as System Administrator for MD-Stat and Virtual Committee, developing training materials.
