Job summary

Shriners Children’s seeks a Corporate Project Manager to oversee quality governance, regulatory alignment, and data integrity across credentialing platforms. You will partner with the SHC Medical Staff Office, QA leaders, and Legal to ensure JC, CMS, NCQA compliance and timely operational improvements.

Responsibilities include managing the MD-Stat database, auditing data quality, and guiding policy development across SHC MS Bylaws and HRPR. A background in healthcare regulation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a health care setting with medical staff services.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, JC, NCQA.
• Experience with credentialing data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on regulatory standards and process changes for licensed practitioners.
• Maintain knowledge of accreditation standards and applicable regulations.
• Guide Medical Staff Office to maintain bylaws and standard privileges.
• System lead for MD-Stat and support for OPPE/FPPE reporting.
• Develop and maintain systemwide policies and procedures.
• Coordinate waivers and regulatory matters with executive leadership.
