Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and analytics for improving healthcare outcomes. You will design, implement, and maintain health information systems, conduct analyses, and support HEDIS/Medicare Stars initiatives.

Responsibilities include dashboard development, data modeling, statistical methods, and collaboration with clinical, operations and quality leaders to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality data management, regulatory reporting and analytics to enable actionable insights.
• Design dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
• Define data models, methodologies and reporting frameworks for reliable analyses.
• Translate analyses into business insights to drive Quality performance improvements.
• Support regulatory reporting like PIPs and NCQA/HEDIS measures.
