Job summary

Med Clinic X is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to test healthcare SaaS applications, patient portals, and AI-driven health systems across the United States. You will ensure products meet quality, performance, and regulatory standards before release, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and DevOps.

You will design and run manual and automated tests, validate clinical workflows, APIs, and EHR integrations, and document results to drive reliable, secure digital health experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• Experience in software testing or QA analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of manual testing and test case design.
• Familiarity with web automation tools (Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience verifying APIs (Postman) and basic SQL commands.

Responsibilities

• Test healthcare SaaS platforms and digital health applications.
• Identify bugs, defects, and usability issues.
• Perform manual and automated testing across systems.
• Validate clinical workflows and patient-facing features.
• Test patient portals, EHR-related features, and APIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Verify healthcare workflows and system integrations.
• Support regression and end-to-end testing.
