Neko Health is expanding its clinic QA program and seeks a QA Program Manager to design and build the quality assurance framework for an outpatient clinic network. You will define what quality means in this setting, build data and reporting infrastructure, and drive cross-functional improvement across clinical, operations, and engineering teams.
In this build role, you’ll partner with clinical leads and operations managers, report to the Global Medical Quality Lead, and shape scalable QA
Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it’s ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It’s a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.
Neko Health is on a mission to make proactive healthcare accessible to everyone. We operate a network of outpatient health scanning clinics, combining advanced technology with clinical expertise to give members a clear picture of their health, before problems arise. We are scaling fast across multiple geographies, and quality is at the heart of everything we build.
Neko’s clinic QA infrastructure is in active development, and this role is central to shaping what it becomes. As QA Program Manager, you will design, build, and run the quality assurance framework for Neko’s outpatient clinic network: defining what quality looks like in our setting, building the data and reporting infrastructure to track it, and driving cross-functional improvement initiatives that keep patient safety and member experience at the centre. This is a build role. You will be designing the standard, not auditing against an existing one. You will work closely with clinical leads, operations managers, and engineering teams, and report directly to the Global Medical Quality Lead.
We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market-facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.
