Job summary

Neko Health is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a single-site operation, ensuring top-tier member experience and clinical quality. You will own staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, and performance metrics while partnering with medical leadership to optimize care delivery.

As the on-site senior leader, you will build workflows and standards, improve operations, and maintain regulatory compliance, contributing to Neko Health's mission of preventive, accessible care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinic or practice management experience, including single-site operational ownership.
• Direct line-management of physicians or licensed clinicians is a plus.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinic team and partner with medical leadership on physician performance and development.
• Own onboarding and clinical hiring processes to ensure strong performance.
• Translate leadership changes into clinic workflows, protocols and day-to-day practice.
• Oversee inventory, facilities, scheduling, training, and tech issues to maintain smooth clinic flow.
• Track clinic metrics (rebooking, CSAT, NPS, utilization) and improve care quality.
• Own incident reporting, risk management, and member-concern resolution with HIPAA and SOPs.
