This role helps keep nursing centers stocked while maintaining cost discipline. The position emphasizes accurate record‑keeping, approval workflows, and inventory coordination with facility teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing and/or contracting capacity preferred.
• High school graduate; College education preferred

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and audit purchase orders for pricing accuracy and budget compliance.
• Manage sign-off workflows and follow up on approvals.
• Communicate with suppliers about product availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor open orders and resolve delays or mis shipments.
• Collaborate with facility teams to identify inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
• Identify and report discrepancies and unauthorized purchases.
• Support cost-control initiatives with negotiated pricing.
• Maintain audit-ready purchasing records and vendor docs.
