Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring a Project Manager to lead healthcare facility projects in Baltimore, MD. You will oversee from programming through construction, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with clinicians and facilities teams to minimize patient care disruption.

Responsibilities include directing design and construction phases, supervising consultants and contractors, and maintaining client relationships while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management services for assigned healthcare client projects from programming through final construction.
• Oversee renovations and small ground-up projects within active healthcare environments.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and teams of consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with clinical and facilities staff to minimize disruption to patient care.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Assemble and manage teams, negotiate contracts, and interface with architects and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and provide on-site supervision to ensure performance criteria are met.
• Train and mentor fellow JLL team members and support business development activities.
