Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Compliance & Policy Specialist to join our team. You will oversee interdepartmental programs, define scope and policies, and manage projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring policies transition to appropriate support and user teams.

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: College graduate preferred; 3+ years PM or relevant field experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: 3+ years relevant project management experience; healthcare experience preferred; QA or Compliance/regulator experience preferred.
• Technology: Experience with various EHRs, clinical software packages, project management software, and business platforms.
• Language/Communication: Ability to communicate technical requirements to both technical and nontechnical users.

Responsibilities

• Build interdepartmental relationships and programs across Compliance, Informatics, Clinical, Quality, Safety and Operations teams.
• Define initiative scope, schedule, projects, policies and committees.
• Oversee projects with significant interdependencies and communicate across channels to deploy deliverables and turnover to support teams.
