Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, performance improvement, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to lead at least 3 projects simultaneously.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or similar certification preferred.
• Familiar with regulatory standards and patient safety principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and sustain improvement projects across the health system.
• Develop charters, timelines, communication plans, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups and manage risk and milestones.
• Collaborate with analytics to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Create change management plans to support adoption and sustainability.
