Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, business, engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or healthcare operations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and data visualization platforms.
• Experience leading at least 3 projects simultaneously.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospital operations or health system performance improvement preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and sustain improvement projects across the health system.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive measurable results.
• Develop charters, timelines, communication plans, and KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups and monitor milestones.
• Create training materials and stakeholder updates to support adoption.
