Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Program Coordinator II to organize activities for complex programs, manage communications, and support data management. You will work with the Program Manager and stakeholders to implement objectives and continuously improve processes.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects, drafting communications, and facilitating discussions with diverse groups to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework in Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• Three years program coordination support experience including at least 1 year coordinating multiple projects to completion.
• Experience drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports; data analysis and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for a complex program or group of programs including scheduling and communication.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and staff to implement program objectives and improve processes.
• Help deploy program strategy and execute initiatives essential for success.
• Facilitate dialogue with diverse stakeholders to support project outcomes.
