Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a Project Manager II to lead end-to-end delivery of large, multifaceted projects within a hybrid work model requiring three on-site days per week in Seattle. You will act as the primary contact to ensure alignment with institutional goals, manage scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables, and coach project coordinators across departments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field and have at least five years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or related field with 5 years project-management experience.
• Minimum of three years leading projects and managing scope, schedules, risks and budgets.
• Experience coordinating across regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, resolve issues, communicate, and deliver project outcomes.
