Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business, IT, or related field required.
• Five years’ experience in healthcare project management required.
• Two years’ experience leading construction projects from groundbreaking to shell and core finish.
• Project Management Certification required.
• Ability to travel between ICHS sites; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate projects that integrate agency systems, processes, or teams to achieve a unified outcome.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain all project documentation, meetings, and coordination through all stages, through closeout.
• Serve as ICHS PM subject matter expert and update internal PM policies; report to the COO.
