Job summary

Foster Lawson seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will manage from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved while coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial/healthcare/construction.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of SF and CA building codes and permitting processes.
• Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. OSHA 30 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and execution plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings, contracts, scopes, submittals, and schedules for issues and opportunities.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, change orders, purchase orders, and payments.
