Job description

Healthcare Project Manager - Cambridge Design Partnership

This is a new opportunity to join our growing team of technology consultants in our healthcare division. You will be working with multi‑disciplinary teams leading single or multiple projects across our pharmaceutical, drug delivery and medical device clients.

Responsibilities
  • Accountability for project management of single or multiple projects dependent on size and complexity
  • Agree and manage project plans including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities, quality assurance, deadlines and dependencies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Tracking, communication and commercial management of scope change
  • Authorship of proposals in line with CDP processes including planning, costing, collaboration with relevant technical experts and senior management review
  • Relationship and stakeholder management engaging effectively with the client and managing complex needs
  • Review and negotiation of Master Services Agreement ensuring that agreed activities are implemented on projects
  • Accurate and clear project reporting both externally and internally
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Highly collaborative bringing both the CDP team together and facilitating close working with the client team and other third‑party organisations
  • Extremely organised and forward thinking, identifying project risks and mitigating them effectively during the development
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve pragmatically
  • Highly confident to present ideas and results in a compelling way to the client
  • Ambition to learn and develop further technical, quality, project leadership, and business development skills
  • Thirst for new knowledge and skills in the software & digital space
  • Good degree and relevant technical or quality background
