CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of Self-funded New Business Client implementations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to proactively address issues and ensure customer expectations are met.

You will lead planning and execution of projects, develop plans and milestones, manage risks, and coach junior colleagues. Strong healthcare client-facing experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and drive issues to resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budget.
• Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables and assign team members.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and mitigations.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques and responsibilities.
