Job summary

Catamount Constructors seeks a Project Executive to oversee the financial and operational success of building projects, working with architects, engineers, and owners to ensure budgets and scope are met. The PX will lead project teams, pursue new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, contract negotiations, purchasing plans, and strategic execution to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ related experience in construction, preferably healthcare.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance: budgets, forecasts, profitability.
• Manage prime contract negotiations and administration.
• Lead purchasing and buyout with strong vendor negotiations.
• Drive strategic execution to meet growth goals and client expectations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in coordination with BD managers.
• Provide project oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
