Qualifications

• Requires: Associate degree; Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years related experience or more.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools, techniques, and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide project coordination support to project/program leaders and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to communicate project purpose, facilitate participation, and prepare materials.
• Schedule and participate in meetings, distribute agendas, and track action items.
• Maintain project tracking and provide status updates; escalate risks as needed.
• Create end-user tools, dashboards, presentations, reports and provide training as necessary.
