Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree required; in lieu of degree, an Associate degree with 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with change management and collaboration with physicians and nursing leaders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and optimizes tools, workflows and processes to support department leaders and goals.
• Supports ongoing projects and workgroups to drive performance metrics, program growth and quality initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
