Job summary

HealthBay in Milwaukee is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee strategic initiatives across our healthcare operations. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, develop detailed plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress for risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful implementation and present reports to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare sector.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
