This role provides critical administrative support across 20 primary care locations and supports the new NP Fellowship program, balancing field visits with project management, timeline enforcement, calendar optimization, and compliance monitoring to ensure program benchmarks are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel (data tracking) and PowerPoint (presentations).

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to document, evaluate, and revise operational workflows.
• Assist leadership in program planning, development, and SOP creation.
• Help establish department goals and track project milestones against timelines.
• Maintain quality assurance across departmental responsibilities.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows and interview schedules.
• Guide fellows through onboarding, orientation, and evaluations while ensuring compliance.
• Manage complex calendars and schedule high-level meetings.
• Provide project management support for collaborations with external programs.
• Attend meetings to record minutes and action items.
• Conduct operational site visits across locations and manage inventory.
