Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experienced architect with focus on healthcare or similar complex environments.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Extensive 3D modeling experience for architectural visualization.
• Excellent understanding of healthcare facility requirements, codes, safety, and compliance.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Professional licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for healthcare projects from concept through construction documents.
• Develop detailed 3D models to visualize designs and support client presentations and reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and contractors to ensure feasibility and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and documents ensuring accuracy and standards.
• Coordinate with clients to translate needs into innovative healthcare solutions.
• Oversee design revisions and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and healthcare regulations.
