Josh Pros LLC is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect in Charlotte, NC to lead design and documentation for high‑impact healthcare facilities. You will drive project teams, coordinate with multidisciplinary staff, and ensure design intent and regulatory compliance throughout the construction phase.

The role requires 10+ years in A/E with at least 6 years as a licensed professional, an architectural license, NCARB certification, and a five-year architecture degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the A/E industry; minimum 6 years as a licensed professional.
• State Architectural License and NCARB Certification required.
• Five-year Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• U.S. Citizenship is required (Federal Contractor status) and ability to travel up to 20%.
• LEED AP or other sustainability credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design and documentation across the healthcare project lifecycle.
• Determine functional and spatial needs with clients and oversee construction compliance on-site.
• Create scale drawings and contracts for construction and integrate engineering solutions.
