Qualifications

• Minimum ten years’ experience in the A/E industry, six years licensed.
• Proven specific experience in healthcare projects.
• State Architectural License, NCARB Certification, LEED or other certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads collaborative project teams for project success.
• Determines functional needs, specifications and anticipated costs.
• Creates construction contractor scale drawings.
• Oversees construction compliance on-site.
• Mentors junior staff providing feedback and assistance.
