Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to independently maintain day-to-day operations at multiple Health Scholar sites within our hospital and ambulatory care client network.

You will be the primary liaison between Scholars, our internal team, and client executives, ensuring an excellent program experience and strong partnerships. The role requires up to 80% travel to Los Angeles area sites; you will recruit, supervise 50–200 Scholars, manage on-site operations and lead trainings and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–2+ years of work experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for student teaching, mentoring and development.
• Strong project and people management skills; experience managing large groups strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse Health Scholar candidates by attending recruitment events and engaging campus partners.
• Provide direct supervision to program participants (50–200) as the sole Program Manager at client sites.
• Manage and improve on-site program operations, including training, recruitment activities, meetings and workshops.
