Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a program/project manager to lead large, multidisciplinary initiatives across multiple sites. You will coordinate with clinicians, executives, and external partners to push initiatives from concept to implementation.

Ideal candidates have a health administration background, extensive project management experience, and strong knowledge of value-based care, policy, and regulation. On-site collaboration across locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years' experience in project management or leading multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Graduate degree in health administration or health leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor projects from concept through implementation.
• Align project goals with organizational objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare policy, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor third-party work to ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Provide status updates to internal customers and gather feedback.
• Track costs, performance, and service levels to meet project goals.
