Responsibilities

• Supporting and facilitating the distribution of reports and communication documents.
• Assisting with process improvement initiatives designed to improve customer service.
• Ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate completion of program deliverables.
• Preparing and maintaining reports for review by departmental management.
• Collaborating with departments and completing day-to-day activities related to program assignment.
• Completing the coordination, authorization, fulfillment, monitoring, and tracking of healthcare services.
• Partnering with functional area experts and/or program managers to develop program deliverables.
