Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Product Consultant to support the execution and coordination of healthcare product initiatives across the lifecycle.

You will partner with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and vendor partners to drive assessments, enhancements, implementation activities, and readiness. The role emphasizes strong project coordination, documentation oversight, and collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare product management, product operations, or related healthcare business functions.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable independently problem solving, while knowing when to elevate for strategic guidance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support product assessments, enhancements, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Document business goals, KPIs, operational requirements, and stakeholder requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and track deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain project timelines, RAID logs, and status documentation.
• Assist with maintaining product collateral, RFP responses, and educational materials.
