Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare product management or related fields.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and multiple projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with payer products and consumer engagement preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support product assessments, enhancements, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and track deliverables.
• Maintain project timelines, RAID logs, and status docs.
• Assist with vendor deliverables and contractual commitments.
• Support Sales, Marketing, and client requests to drive growth and retention.
