• Experience with health insurance products and services.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, enhancement, implementation, and management of CDH products and funding solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders on product strategy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned products.
• Support business case development, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.
• Gather and document business requirements and support solution development.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support Sales, broker, and account management through presentations and training.
• Contribute to product positioning materials and internal communications.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across teams.
