Job summary
Altera Digital Health is seeking a Business Analyst to translate client needs into clear product requirements and workflows. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product and Tech teams to develop and enhance healthcare IT solutions, support product development and issue resolution, and analyze workflows for improvements.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in BA, healthcare IT experience, strong communication, and business acumen, with knowledge of clinical workflows and AI in product
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in a Product Owner or similar role.
- Healthcare technology experience required; HIM or clinical workflow experience preferred.
- Strong client-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
- Knowledge of clinical, RCM, and patient journey workflows preferred.
- Experience with AI and product requirements preferred.
- HIM certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate client and business needs into clear product requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product, and Technology teams to develop and enhance solutions.
- Support product development, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
