Job summary

ThedaCare Corporate Office in Neenah, WI seeks a Performance Improvement Project Manager to drive cross-functional process optimization, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will develop charters, timelines and plans, identify bottlenecks, implement reengineering and automation, and coach teams to align with project objectives.

Required are a Bachelor's in healthcare, business or engineering, 3-5 years PM experience, and PMP certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or engineering required.
• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred; strong communication and collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, workflows, executive summaries, plans, timelines, and resources allocation for all assigned projects.
• Redesign processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies including reengineering, automation, and standardization.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams and workshops to support process improvement and drive timely results.
• Lead and coach the team to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives when needed.
• Track progress, manage project risks, and ensure on-time completion.
• Establish project success metrics and report results to stakeholders.
• Promote collaboration and timely execution of work.
