Yale New Haven Health is seeking an experienced project and program leader to drive cost-saving and efficiency initiatives across the health system. You will manage complex programs from discovery through implementation, providing technical guidance and building robust analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, or related field required; master's preferred.
  • 10+ years professional experience; in academic healthcare or management consulting preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and effective presentation required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings across the health system.
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative analyses to support recommendations.
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations for executives and boards.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings with senior leadership across departments.
  • Develop budgets for assigned projects.
  • Ensure cross-project communication within ICG and other departments.
