Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Privacy Program Case Specialist to support the Privacy Program under the direction of the Privacy Program Manager. You will assist in processing privacy cases, documenting events, and coordinating with business units and legal counsel to remediate incidents and breaches.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of health plan experience.
• 1-2+ years of health plan privacy experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage case load of privacy events, document, track, investigate, and take action on assigned privacy-related data events and complaints.
• Support the Compliance and Privacy Office in responding to projects, audits, and examinations.
• Provide status updates and reporting on key Privacy activities and initiatives.
