CORE Construction, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to support our Healthcare Team in Scottsdale, AZ.

This role leads preconstruction efforts for complex inpatient healthcare projects, oversees cost estimation, trade coordination, and transition to construction, and manages Preconstruction Managers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in preconstruction, healthcare project experience, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Healthcare Construction Certification is required.
• ICRA certification and/or experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts, oversee estimates, options, and timelines.
• Oversee design coordination, schedules, and estimating.
• Provide cost updates, VE options, and project adjustments.
• Maintain trade partner relationships and obtain pricing feedback.
• Identify constructability issues and coordinate solutions.
• Deliverables: estimates, Basis of Estimate, presentations; handoff to operations.
