Job summary

WCL Group is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects in Boise, Idaho. You will ensure cost estimation accuracy, coordinate trade partners, align budgets with goals, and oversee seamless transitions from preconstruction to construction.

You will manage senior and assistant managers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to healthcare construction standards and ICRA requirements. Local candidates only, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Healthcare Construction Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction efforts for healthcare projects.
• Coordinate with Senior and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
• Manage bid processes, trade coordination, and schedules.
• Develop early-stage cost models and conceptual estimates.
• Lead risk assessment and value engineering initiatives.
