Renaissance Personnel Group seeks a seasoned Healthcare Preconstruction Manager for a Boise-based role. You will lead preconstruction for healthcare projects, coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers from concept through GMP buyout in a dynamic, senior team.

You will develop robust estimates, manage MEP cost reviews, and align with CMAR/design-build/IPD pursuits while traveling between Phoenix and Boise as needed. A strong healthcare portfolio and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial preconstruction or estimating experience.
• Experience estimating ASCs, MOBs, clinics or hospital renovations from conceptual through GMP.
• Familiarity with FGI Guidelines, ICRA/ILSM, NFPA 99/101 and state healthcare licensing.

Responsabilités

• Lead preconstruction for healthcare projects including ambulatory surgery centers, MOBs, clinics, imaging and infusion centers.
• Develop conceptual, schematic, DD and CD estimates and carry projects through GMP development and buyout.
• Collaborate with owners, architects and engineers early in design on budgets and constructability reviews.
• Run MEP-heavy cost reviews covering medical gas, HVAC and imaging facilities.
• Incorporate ICRA, ILSM and phasing requirements into estimates and schedules for work in occupied spaces.
• Support CMAR, design-build and IPD pursuits, including tribal healthcare projects.
• Develop healthcare subcontractor relationships and track market pricing.
• Coordinate as lead preconstruction resource for Southern Arizona pursuits with Boise division leadership.

A long-established commercial general contractor has launched a dedicated healthcare construction division and is hiring a Healthcare Preconstruction Manager based in Boise. This is a senior seat on a new team, leading preconstruction for healthcare work across Boise while partnering with division leadership in Southern Arizona.

What You'll Do:

• Lead preconstruction for healthcare projects, including ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, urgent care and outpatient clinics, imaging and infusion centers, and renovations in occupied hospitals
• Develop conceptual, schematic, DD and CD estimates and carry projects through GMP development and buyout
• Partner with owners, architects and engineers early in design on budgets, value engineering and constructability reviews
• Run MEP-heavy cost reviews covering medical gas, HVAC and pressurization, imaging shielding and specialty systems
• Build ICRA, ILSM and phasing requirements into estimates and schedules for work in active healthcare environments
• Support CMAR, design-build and IPD pursuits, including healthcare projects delivered for tribal communities
• Develop healthcare subcontractor and trade partner relationships and track market pricing and escalation
• Serve as the lead preconstruction resource for Southern Arizona healthcare pursuits, coordinating with division leadership in Boise

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of commercial preconstruction or estimating experience, with a significant portfolio of healthcare projects
• Hands-on experience estimating ASCs, MOBs, clinics or hospital renovations from conceptual through GMP
• Working knowledge of FGI Guidelines, ICRA/ILSM, NFPA 99/101 and state healthcare licensing requirements
• Strong MEP estimating knowledge; medical gas, imaging and surgical suite experience preferred
• Experience with CMAR and design-build delivery; IPD experience a plus
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff tools such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, WinEst or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred; CPE or ASHE CHC a plus
• Knowledge of the Boise and Southern Arizona healthcare and subcontractor market preferred
• Willingness to travel periodically between Phoenix and Boise
