CORE Construction, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to lead the entire preconstruction phase for healthcare projects in Boise, ID.

The role emphasizes accuracy in cost estimation, trade coordination, and a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction, while aligning with project goals and healthcare standards. You will manage the Preconstruction team, collaborate with stakeholders, and support inpatient environments with strict adherence to healthcare construction

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
Healthcare construction experience required.
Healthcare Construction Certification required.
ICRA certification and/or experience.
Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction efforts for healthcare projects, overseeing deliverables, options, and estimates.
Coordinate with Senior and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and project timelines.
Review QTOs and breakdowns; conduct preconstruction workshops and training.
Develop early-stage cost models using historical data; unit pricing and cost options.
Provide client updates, VE options, and project adjustments; ensure handoff to operations.
