Job summary

WCL Group in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead construction projects across Idaho and the Mountain West. The role focuses on financial, technical, operational, and client-service success for multiple projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million in healthcare settings.

You will coordinate with Infection Prevention, clinical leadership, and trade partners to maintain patient care continuity while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project-management experience, including healthcare facilities.
• Experience managing construction within occupied/operational healthcare environments.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects including renovations, tenant improvements, additions, expans tions, and/or new construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple healthcare projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring financial, schedule, and quality targets are met.
• Maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, procurement plans, and subcontract administration.
• Coordinate with clinical and facilities teams, trade partners, and stakeholders to ensure patient care continuity and safety.
• Develop detailed schedules with trade activities, milestones, inspections, and commissioning requirements.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, change management, RFIs, submittals, and turnover documentation.
