The role may function as a working supervisor and oversees a small practice, or assists the practice manager with a larger one.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in medical office administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to optimize workflows across clinical and front-office activities.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of medical office, healthcare, or related experience required.
• In lieu of degree a total of six (6) years of experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field preferred.

• Coordinates physician practice operations and provides administrative support to management of the physician practice(s).
• Proactively supports efforts that ensure efficient operations and may function as a working supervisor.
• Oversees a small (1 to 3 physicians) practice or assists practice manager with a large (6+ physicians) practice(s).
