Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Supervisor, Faculty Practice to oversee clerical and clinical staff, coordinate scheduling, billing and patient flow, and ensure an excellent patient experience. You will work under the Director and physicians to supervise CMAs and front-office operations, while maintaining accurate data entry, revenue tracking, and adherence to policy.

The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication across departments, and daily problem-solving to support staff

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years experience in a medical office or health system.
• Experience reconciling accounts and handling billing or collections.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly schedule for the office and ensures coverage.
• Supervises CMAs and adheres to policies and quality of work.
• Analyzes productivity and revenue data from clinicians.
• Maintains timekeeping and scheduling in PeopleSoft MyWay.
• Ensures accurate data entry of demographic information, charges and payments.
• Promotes excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Manages inventory, vendor relations, and facility issues as needed.
