Montrose Regional Health in Montrose, CO is seeking a Business Operations Manager for the Pulmonology department. You will oversee daily operations of the practice, including front and back office functions, to ensure smooth, patient-centered service.

You will propose and manage budgets, communicate with the clinic's medical staff and leadership, and drive financial sustainability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year healthcare office management experience.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Medical billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Additional experience with Epic, QHN, eClinicalWorks, and MediTech preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the pulmonology practice, including front and back office duties.
• Represent the clinic at meetings with physicians and senior leaders and communicate with medical staff and department heads.
• Propose and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining excellent customer service.
