Job summary

Nicklaus Children’s Hospital is seeking a senior Practice Administrator to provide management and operational oversight of multiple specialty practices and clinic sites. Establishes goals, procedures, and standard work while leading supervisors and support staff to deliver high quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Physician Practice, Medical Operations, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, or Business Management experience.
• 5 years of health care financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple specialty practices and clinic sites.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure adherence to policies and continuous development.
• Provide administrative leadership and reporting on financial performance and patient experience.
• Standardize processes to optimize operations across locations and service lines.
• Manage revenue cycle activities including scheduling, authorizations, coding, and billing.
